Recent Project In Andrewes House, Barbican

In this recent project the wall between the bathroom and separate WC has been removed to create one larger bathroom with WC. This kind of alteration requires listed building consent in addition to the usual Landlord's approval. Thomson Brothers handle the application process making it relatively straight forward for clients to gain the appropriate permissions.

The void space at the end of the bath has been used to create a new floor to ceiling cupboard in the hallway providing useful additional storage.

This piece of bespoke furniture was designed to fit the hall space and provide shoe storage as well as book shelving.
